What's in this months newsletter? Updates to our newly refreshed website, information around paper invoices, new radio ads, plus a big announcement that we think you'll love!
We've taken your comments on board, and we've added some new features, lots more content and created a better user experience for you - our customers... and any new ones, of course ;)
What's different?
We know a lot of you come to our website to check your account details, how much data you've used, or to pay your account online or view your webmail, so we've made a much more obvious "My Account" button where you'll be taken to a dedicated login page where you can choose to either access your account or click the link below the login box to check your webmail. We've also added a new Webmail quick link to the very top of the page which takes you straight there!
By defaut the website will display plans and pricing for personal at home users. If you're a business looking to see the range of services we offer and the prices to match, just click the "Business" link at the very top of the page. You can get to our public WiFi and Prepay pages from these top links too (underlined in the image below) - super speedy!
Once you've taken all of that in, you'll notice a large new banner area, come here to check out our latest offers and promotions or just below that, enter an address to check what broadband services are available - perfect for checking if friends can become inspired ;)
We're now displaying our most popular plans straight from the homepage too - this will help potential new customers decide if an Inspire plan could be right for them, without even needing to leave the first page! We're working on something that could make referring friends have a massive benefit for our current customers too - how would you feel about a $100 credit on your account if someone you refer to us signs up? They'd also get a $100 credit on their new account! We'd love to hear your thoughts on this idea. Let us know if you would give this a go if we implement it.
We'll never be movie stars, but... we now have our very own YouTube channel! We're looking at creating videos around tips and tricks for things like wifi in your home, webmail, making changes to your account via our website and some "how to set up your router" ones too. Is that something you'd watch? What would you like to see us make a video for? Click here to email us and let us know, then we can add to the one lonely video of James - which you'll also currently find on our new homepage!
Click the Speed Test button to check what your internet speeds are like. You're welcome to give us a call if you think they could be better, and we'll run through some options with you.
We've added a testimonial section which now includes photo and video testimonials! Our new footer now has a bunch more links added so that you can find things a little easier, and we've also made a few tweaks so that our website should work well no matter which device you're viewing it on.

We would love to limit the amount of paper invoices produced and sent out each month. If you still receive these, have you thought about moving to receiving your invoice via email? You'll also save the $3 fee charged every time a paper invoice is generated, printed and sent. Give us a call to change over to receiving by email. You can also click here to download a direct debit form to have everything taken care of automatically.

We know this last year has been difficult for everyone, a lot more of you are working from home, and there are now more than ever, so many ways to use your data! So, we're going to give you more! In most cases, double the amount in fact! With no change to any of the pricing, increasing your data amount is something we can do to try and help you out. Here's what the new plans will look like:
50Gbyte plan will be upgraded to 100Gbytes
100Gbyte plan will be upgraded to 200Gbytes
500Gbyte plan will remain the same
(this is our median plan, so unfortunately, we're unable to change this one).
1000Gbytes will be upgraded to 1500Gbytes and
2000Gbytes will be upgraded to 3000Gbytes!
100Gbytes plan will be upgraded to 200Gbytes
250Gbyte plan will be upgraded to 500Gbytes
100Gbytes plan will be upgraded to 200Gbytes
250Gbytes plan will be upgraded to 500Gbytes.
You don't have to do a thing, we're updating everyone's plans over the next week or two, so you'll start to see the extra data available when you log in to view your usage online, or in your next billing cycle.
